• The yard clerk is responsible for managing and organizing the outdoor yard. He or she organizes, tidies, and tracks materials while making efficient use of handling equipment. He or she is also responsible for preparing orders for parts used in the manufacture and repair of trailers.  
  

Tasks

• Properly place and organize equipment in the yard;

• Use the forklift to handle equipment;

• Prepare orders for parts for module assembly and trailer repair (list to follow);

• Keep the yard tidy and clean;

• Check physical quantities against quantities recorded in the computer system;

• Help with inventory support;

• Collaborate with the production team;

• Comply with health and safety standards at all times:

• Any other related tasks.

• Responsible, independent, and dependable;

• Resourcefulness;

• Meticulous, organized, and thorough in checking quantities and placements.
